These terms govern your use of networkingexperts.in and purchases made through it. By using the site you agree to these terms.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product images are indicative; specifications are as per the manufacturer. Prices and stock may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund of any amount paid.
An order is confirmed once we accept it and, where applicable, payment is received. We may contact you to verify details before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or unavailability.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Where installation is included, our team will schedule it with you after delivery. Site readiness (power points, conduits, network) is the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims are handled through the respective brand's authorised service network, and we will assist you through the process. Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Products that are installed, used, or physically damaged are not returnable except as covered by warranty.
Annual Maintenance Contract terms, coverage, and response times are as per the specific AMC agreement issued to you.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Security systems reduce risk but no system guarantees prevention of loss or intrusion.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jammu & Kashmir shall have jurisdiction.
