Networking Experts ("we", "us") operates networkingexperts.in. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you create an account, place an order, or submit an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. We also store your order history, cart, wishlist, and product reviews. Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) is logged automatically for security.
We use your information to process and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, provide installation and AMC services, send order confirmations and status updates by email, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Your details are shared only with service providers strictly needed to fulfil your order — for example delivery/courier partners and our email provider — and with authorities where required by law.
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart, wishlist and comparison list. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Passwords are stored in hashed form, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff.
